After judging the spiritual and financial Babylon, two more important events will occur in Revelation 19. 

** Reading through The Revelation, one cannot fathom what the unsaved will deal with during the Great Tribulation.  Christians will be raptured out previously, around Revelation 4, but the unsaved will remain to deal with all the terrible things we are reading about.  Urgently witness to those that you believe may be left behind.  Now is the appointed time for them to be saved before it is too late!

Scripture to Obey to Become A Better Christian:
Do not judge others.
“Judge not, that ye be not judged.” Matthew 7:1
“Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:” Luke 6:37
“Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.” John 7:24
“Let not him that eateth [it referring to those eating or not eating things God declares as “unclean or what some thing is not healthy”] despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.” Romans 14:3

Do not confuse judging with discerning.  Judging is an opinion on why someone did something and one’s criticizing of the action or words of another.  It should not be done.  Only the Lord knows one’s intent and purpose.  However, we are to determine if some things are right or wrong, dangerous or not,  and of God or not.
“For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.” I Corinthians 11:31

Prayer Requests:

• Pray for Barbara Benson, who has multiple myeloma.  It is treatable, but there is no cure yet.  She is in 100% remission, but still suffers from the effects of the chemo as well as back pain caused by the cancer.
• Brother Andy, who has a prison ministry, requests that his upcoming test for cancer will be negative and that God will motivate more chaplains to request Bibles for their jails.
• Pray for the safety of Stephen Bursha, who was deployed by the military.  Pray also for his mother, who is taking it very hard.

Give, When It Seems Impossible

Hohaunes, the blind missionary of Harpoot, told of a place where his mission board had spent much money with little result.  It was where he was sent.

The area was very poor.  Members of the church were to raise six hundred piastres, and the board was to pay the balance for his salary.

The people said they could not raise that sum.  A neighboring pastor said it was impossible, as the people were so impoverished.

After much anxiety, the missionary laid the case before God in prayer.  It was then impressed upon him that each should give his tenth.  He proposed it to the people, and they agreed.

The money was easily raised, and amounted to more than the entire salary.  Those people had never prospered so much after giving their tithes.  Their crops were abundant, and their satisfaction great.

They not only supported their preacher and school-teacher, but gave two thousand piastres to other purposes.  They learned one cannot out-give God.

Doxology

The “Doxology” is sung in many churches, even today. According to James D. Smith III at www.ChristianityToday.com, the Doxology was the closing stanza of three other hymns Mr. Ken wrote.

Praise God, from Whom all blessings flow.
