The other \u201cLord\u201d refers to a divine controller and master, but who is that \u201cLord\u201d? Psalm 110 defines who the \u201cLord\u201d is.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The other \u201cLord\u201d is Jesus, as the Scripture indicates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jesus is often referred to as sitting at the right hand of His Father, God.<br><em>&#8220;This Jesus hath God raised up \u2026 33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted \u2026 34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, 35 Until I make thy foes thy footstool.\u201d Acts 2:32-35\u00a0<\/em><br><br>In Acts 2, we see Jesus sitting at God\u2019s right hand until God makes his enemies Jesus\u2019 footstool. The verses in Acts 2 even quote parts of Psalm 110.\u00a0Hebrews 1:13 also mentions part of Psalm 110:1. It declares that the One sitting on the Father&#8217;s right hand is not an angel, leaving the reader to believe it is Jesus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psalm 110:2 states that Jehovah will bless Jesus as he rules from the throne in Jerusalem (\u201cZion\u201d). It talks about Christ\u2019s rule for 1,000 years during His millennial reign. Also: Psalm 110:5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psalm 110:4 indicates that during the millennium, Jesus will be the High Priest, as was the Old Testament priest, Melchizedek. Also: Heb. 5:5-6, Heb. 6:19-20, Heb. 7:21-22, Heb. 10:11-13.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psalm 110:6 further proves that the second \u201cLord\u201d is Jesus, as He will judge during His reign.Throughout the Word of God, it also prophesied that when Christ returns, He will rule from Jerusalem.<br><em>\u201cHe shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.\u201d Psalm 110:6<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After examining the chapter\u2019s verses and the details each verse gives, we see Psalm 110 refers to Christ\u2019s Millennial Reign.&nbsp;This chapter re-states the prophecy about Jesus\u2019 return when He will rule the Earth righteously!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Words to Understand:<\/strong><br>Melchizedek: \u201cAnd Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God.\u201d Gen. 14:18<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Today\u2019s Reading:<\/strong><br><em>Psalm 110<br>1&nbsp;A Psalm of David. The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.<br>2 The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.<br>3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.<br>4 The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.<br>5 \u00b6 The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.<br>6 He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.<br>7 He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Daily Nugget:\u201cA Psalm of David.
